Installation:

Body Kits Refund Policy Australia highly recommends professional installation for all products. The customer understands that some products will require adjustments for best possible fitment. The adjustments being trimming, cutting, sanding, fiberglass work. All Bodykitbae products have a varying possibility of fitment, which need to be adjusted to cater to different vehicle frames. The products are tuner parts and might not fit like an OEM factory supplied part.

  • Unpainted products: BodyKitBae offers some products that requires work before painting them to enhance its aesthetic. The pre-paint procedure requires professional handling
  • Defective Products:  BodyKitBae sells products that require adjustments. Since, the products are not OEM supplied, there’s some imperfections expected in the fitment. And these are not considered to be defects in the product. If, in case a buyer claims a return it is insisted to document the defect in form of photographs.

Returns

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or faulty product, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For different sizes or models, please place a new order once your refund has been processed.

Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the product was faulty or an incorrect item was sent by BodyKitBae.

  1. Change of mind: Once the payment has been processed, it will not be refundable.
  2. Product satisfaction: When buying our products on offer, the buyer understands that the product quality might not be same as OEM products. Prior research is recommended before purchase as it will not be refundable once the payment has been processed.
  3. Receiving damaged products: If, damaged packaging is received by the buyer. It is advised to document the delivery, as photographs, before opening the packaging. Any unacceptable or damaged products will be required to be photographed to initiate claim process. An investigation will be undertaken before a decision is made on the claims. Claims can be reimbursed in full in the form of exchange or refunds including freight cost.
